Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: Sanghun found an interesting video that discussed how to increase productivity through the science of brainwaves. The speaker provided information on how to improve your focus and concentration. He described changing your morning routine to not using your phone all the time. Sanghun and I then discussed how we can our morning routines to align with the ways to increase the alpha brain waves. We wrote down our routines and discussed how they could improve our overall goals just as the video described. Sanguhun was able to explain himself very well and seems to be improving in speech rate.
